RESURFACING
Bishop Perowne Church of England College, Worcester
Typically after 10 - 15 years of use, synthetic sports surfaces need replacing. Quite often, it can be as simple as removing the existing surfacing and laying your chosen replacement surface over the existing base layers. Sometimes more extensive and intrusive work is required and repair to or replacement of the existing performance layer and base construction.
Adsum will guide you through the entire process from condition survey and budgeting through to post completion testing, certification and maintenance guidance.
Our in-house resource and carefully selected subcontractors use specialist machinery and techniques to safely remove the existing surface without causing damage to the underlying layers. The old material is then removed from site for re-use or recycling in a responsible manner.
Facility layout adjustments, fencing alterations and floodlight upgrades can be carried out at the same time resulting in a significant overall reduction in downtime for the facility.
As an entirely independent company, we have access to most of the surface systems available and we work closely with the client team to ensure they have the information required to choose the correct products to best satisfy their sporting needs.
We have a full range of athletic track surfaces to suit every budget and application. From the very popular porous base mat and structure spray systems through to impervious prefabricated systems commonly used for Commonwealth and Olympic competition tracks.
To supplement our pitch and track surface solutions, we also have an extensive range of macadam, polymeric and acrylic surfaces to service your multi-sport requirements.
